The BHPRA heard at the Ward Forum on the 26th January that the planning application for the development had been submitted. As soon as we have the details of the application we will publicise the link here.
The Forum was told that, following consultation with residents in November 2016, the plans had been changed in the following ways:
- the number of parking spaces (much criticised) has been increased from 50 to 70
- access to Bury Lodge Park from the development has been closed-off
- open space immediately adjacent to Salisbury House has been increased
The number of dwellings remains 50, with a 60/40 split between private sale and affordable/social rent.

The following pictures give more detail about the site and the results of previous consultations. These were obtained from the Council in November 2016 so do not show the latest thinking outlined above.
