Defend Enfield NHS Questionaire

In 2016, concerned Enfield residents came together to focus on issues concerning the structure and organisation of the NHS. The group, Defend Enfield NHS (DENHS) has met monthly ever since and campaigns on Enfield, north London and national issues. PPGs are patient groups intended as a partnership between patients and the GP practice, so they can work together to improve services.  PPG meetings are usually chaired by a patient and are supported by practice staff.

Enfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is the decision-making body for health services in Enfield. A patient representative sits on the CCG’s governing body having been elected by the members of the patient participation groups (PPGs) in Enfield. DENHS wants to encourage more people to become active members of their PPG to help strengthen the voice of patients at CCG governing body level. That is why we are asking for your help now.

If you want to work with DENHS as a member of your PPG, we will add your email address to the DENHS contact list and will share suggested questions for you to put to your GP practice.  We will keep your name and email address safe and will not pass your details to anyone else.

Defend Enfield NHS is asking local residents to complete a questionaire to help identify people who may wish to assist with the Patient Participation Groups.
