Chi Kung course in Bury Lodge Park starts 4th June

The Friends of Bury Lodge Park have managed to arrange, at a specially discounted price for their members, a six-week Chi Kung course on Tuesdays at 1030-1130, starting on 4th June in the walled garden, which is the perfect area for this activity.

Chi Kung (Qi Gong) is a traditional Chinese health-related system of gentle exercises designed to benefit both physical and mental health, and can be practiced by anyone and of any level of fitness. If you are interested, do come along to one of the free talks that James will give on 7th, 14th and 21st May at 10.30am in the walled garden for more information.
